Refund policy
Please note: because all pieces are made to order, we only accept returns in the specific circumstances outlined below. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
When Can You Return?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in the following situations:
– You received the wrong item, the piece sent does not match what you ordered
– Your item is defective or damaged
– Sizing issues, the piece does not fit as expected
We do not accept returns for:
– Custom or bespoke orders, all custom pieces are final sale
– Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
What We Offer
Depending on the nature of your return, we will offer one of the following:
– Exchange for another size — we will remake your piece in the correct size at no additional cost
– Full refund — issued to your original payment method, where applicable
How to Start a Return
– Email us at shoprifarifa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
– Include your order number, reason for the return, and clear photos of the item
– We will confirm whether your return is approved within 3 business days
– Once approved, we will share return instructions with you
Please do not ship anything back before receiving written approval from us.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, a wrong item, a defect, or damage, We will cover the full cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other approved reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
